About the Organisation
Job Purpose
The primary responsibilities in this role is to be the go-to resource for our brands, successfully lead the day-to-day strategic management of complex and sophisticated Search & social campaigns
Key Accountabilities: Most important task(s) accountable for; what must be accomplished
• Perform day-to-day campaign activities with teams for brands in Paid Search (PPC) campaigns, social paid campaigns including: bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic testing, campaign expansion, etc.
• Act as the main point of contact for the marketing, internal departments, and third party providers;
• Contribute to the development and execution of market strategies for Paid Search and social campaigns, including developing strategic roadmaps, test plans, and risk/benefit analysis; as well as analyzing results and developing actionable insights

• Employ analytical reasoning, data analysis, and problem solving skills to effectively and efficiently manage campaigns. Professionally communicate findings to the marketing, regardless of the medium (in person, PowerPoint, email, etc).
• Utilize business acumen to work closely with marketing teams to identify and fully understand business needs, campaign performance objectives, and opportunities to grow the business.
• Active monitoring and sharing of industry news, on-line marketing trends, industry tools, and internal cross-team key learnings.
• The role will often work with GDN, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
• Daily report and analysis to be shared within Vibrant and marketing.•
Qualifications
• 2+ years' Search Engine Marketing (SEM) experience, preferably on the agency side
• SA360 experience a plus
• Mastery of Excel, including extensive data manipulation, along with tactical execution including: pivot tables, V/H Look-ups, concatenation, macros, etc.
• Capable of successfully leading mid-tier accounts with limited oversight.
• Comprehensive data analysis and problem solving skills; able to draw conclusions and with guidance, you are able to devise strategic recommendations based on findings
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills: pivot tables, Vlookups, and chart building. Working knowledge of Visual Basic macros is a plus.
• Additional SEM software skills a plus (e.g. Tableau, Hitwise, etc.)
