Why do you receive an assessment call from the HR department of employers?
The primary purpose is to screen out candidates so that time is not wasted in the future process.
So when you get an assessment call, what should be your opening line? Do you have an elevator pitch? How can you say something which will find a connect with the recruiter that you are shortlisted for an interview.
