Qualification : MPM / MSW / MBA-HR / DLL and Computer Savvy is must (MS Office)
Experience : 8 to 12 yrs. experience
• Experience to handle IR Issues. • Proven working experience as HR & Admin. Manager. • Knowledge of HR & Admin. systems and databases • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills. • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills. • Good in executing paper work.
